Are Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lopez Heating Up?

Oct. 20, 2011— -- intro: The recent sighting of Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lopez together has the gossip world abuzz.

Could Cooper the hunky star of "The Hangover" and "Limitless," be off the market?

This is the second time the pair has been spotted. Earlier this week, Lopez -- or a woman who certainly looked like her -- tried to cover her face when photographed in the passenger's seat of Cooper's SUV, according to TMZ and People.

It's believed they began dating last month, when they were seen enjoying dinner at Per Se restaurant in New York. A source told People that was a simply a business dinner, "regarding a project."

But this week's sighting has started the rumor mill again.

TMZ reported that a source close to the pair said they are "casually dating."

Lopez, 37, who recently split from third husband Marc Anthony, seemed to imply that she didn't have time for more than a casual relationship.

"As a mom, and having children, right now they're my first priority. And because of them, I wouldn't ever comment on anything until I'm in a serious relationship again. It would just be confusing for them and it would be unfair. And so at the end of the day, it's about them," she told "Entertainment Tonight" during the Connecticut launch of her fashion and home collection for Kohl's department stores.

Cooper, 37, hasn't gone on the record about the current status of his love life. But he has spoken in the past on his feelings about women.

"When I'm into a woman, I literally can't stop staring. I'm like a little kid. I become completely entranced," Cooper told Redbook in 2008.

They're a source of energy in life," he said about women. "I've always wanted to be in a war or baseball movie, but the thought of having no women on set for six months -- that's hell. I don't know if it's animalistic or what, but men become like peacocks with their feathers up when women are around."

Cooper first started turning heads after his breakout role in "The Hangover."

At the time, few realized he had once been married and that his ex, "Crash" and "Spin City" actress Jennifer Esposito, was at one point a bigger star than he was.

The couple was married for a brief few months. "It just wasn't right," Cooper told Howard Stern earlier this year, without going into detail about what went wrong. "We both realized it."

After a December 2006 wedding, Esposito, who now stars on "Blue Bloods," filed for divorce in May 2007.

Following his divorce, Cooper was linked to Cameron Diaz before he began dating Isabella Brewster from 2008 to 2009.

Brewster, a talent agent, is the younger sister of Jordana Brewster, who is a star of "The Fast and Furious" franchise and has a recurring role on the hit series "Chuck."

Since their breakup, Brewster has been linked to "Heroes" star Milo Ventimiglia.

After his breakup with Brewster, Cooper was spotted about town with several stars, including Denise Richards and Mary Kate Olsen.

But he broke into the A-list when he was spotted out with Jennifer Aniston the summer of 2009. The relationship never took off, but Cooper was again rumored to be talking with Aniston in 2011, following his breakup with Renee Zellweger.

"Jen always had a soft spot for Bradley, and she thinks he is very attractive and charming," a source told People at the time." Jen appreciates that Bradley is low-key, loves dogs and is focused on his movie career."

Cooper seemed to have found his match in Zellweger.

They began seeing each other in 2009 and even reportedly moved in together. Though they never officially confirmed their relationship, they were frequently spotted out together and Cooper was vocal about his feelings.

"I can't say enough about her," he said last September while promoting their film, "Case 39." "I just love her. I [loved] coming to work. I love acting with her. I can learn so much from her."

Even Cooper's parents seemed to approve. When his dad died, Zellweger skipped the Golden Globes to be with Cooper.

Tabloids were waiting for Cooper to pop the question to Zellweger, who, like him, had also had a quickie marriage with country crooner Kenny Chesney. Instead, the couple broke up in March 2011, as Cooper's career moved into leading man status.
