— -- On this week's episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," the show details how Khloe dealt with Lamar Odom's hospitalization in October after he was found unconscious at a legal Nevada brothel.

The show even revealed that filming was stopped for a while to let the family deal with the serious situation, according to People magazine.

Khloe was understandably absent for most of the episode and her mother and sister Kourtney shared details of how she coped.

Khloe's mother Kris Jenner said she felt "so overwhelmed with what's going [on] with Lamar. It's heartbreaking. I don't think I've ever felt so powerless and it makes me really, really sad."

As widely reported last year, Khloe rushed to be with Lamar at the hospital after the incident. Kourtney even revealed during the show that Khloe had "spent every second" with the former NBA star and she felt guilty for having to leave his side.

Kris then said that Khloe "hasn't slept in a week."

At Kim Kardashian's 35th birthday party later in the show, Kris finds out through a phone call from her attorney that Khloe had decided not to follow through with her planned divorce from Odom.

The rest of the episode is a celebration of Kim and Kris' birthdays, along with details of Scott Disick's rehab stay.

Odom was released from the hospital last month and his maternal aunt, JaNean Mercer, told ABC News in a statement that, "Lamar continues to make remarkable strides" and would be continuing treatment "at a new facility."
