Kristin Chenoweth Speaks Out After Hospital Visit
The actress thanked fans for their prayers and "good vibes."
— -- Earlier today, actress Kristin Chenoweth updated fans on her mysterious injury that she had been tweeting about this week.
"Thanks for all the good vibes everyone. Stupid ole neck flares up again. Thanks for the ' neck ' support ! :)" she joked about her apparent neck injury.
On Sunday, the "Wicked" actress had tweeted that she was in such a shape that she couldn't move.

"Back in la. Unable to move. Numbness and tingling in arm. Going to cedars dr tomorrow. Ah anyone who prays please do!" she wrote.
Then, yesterday she followed that up with "Waiting on MRI results. No matter what I will be ok. Thanks everything for praying and sending good vibes. #thinkingpositive."
The Tony Award winner, 46, suffered an injury on the set of "The Good Wife" in 2012, when she was hit in the head by lighting equipment. Because of that injury, she left the show.
“It is with deep regret to inform everyone that due to my injuries, I am unable to return to ‘The Good Wife’ at this time. Getting better slowly and thank you everyone for your concern,” she told ABC News via statement in 2012.
No word yet on if this latest injury is related.
