How North West Inspired Kanye West's New Song

— -- Kanye West has released new music -- and it's personal.

The rapper teamed up with Paul McCartney for a new song, "Only One," which is an ode to his family.

"People always ask me what my favorite Kanye song is and it's 'Only One.' Kanye feels like his mom sang thru [sic] him to our daughter," his wife, Kim Kardashian, revealed on Twitter. "I cry every time I hear this song."

West's mother, Donda, died in 2007. Shortly after North's birth in 2013, West gushed that Kardashian and their child gave his life new meaning.

"After I lost my mother, there were times I felt like, I would put my life at risk. I felt like sometimes I didn't have something to live for," the singer told Kardashian's mother, Kris Jenner. "Now I have two really special people to live for, a whole family to live for. A whole world to live for."

Kardashian, 34, posted a link to the track, which hit iTunes at midnight, as well as a photo of West with North.

"Such a beautiful photo of Kanye and North by Inez and Vinoodh," she gushed.
