Pink Opens Up About Her Diet and Exercise Regimen
The singer opened up about her diet and nearly 5-hour exercise regimen.
— -- Pink's job is a pretty physical one.
However, the singer said that while tour prep is grueling, she still knows how to treat herself.
"I eat a lot [on tour], because I work out four and a half hours a day: a two-hour show, plus yoga, cardio and a rig check with the flying apparatuses," she told Food and Wine magazine. "But here's the issue: I don't change my eating when I get home. So everyone always asks me, 'What are you going to do after?' And I say, 'Get really fat and happy.'"
Pink, 36, told the magazine that while she's avoided "anything four-legged or cute" since she was 15 years old, she began eating chicken again when she was pregnant with her four-year-old daughter, Willow. ("She just demanded chicken wings and fingers," the singer explained.) Now, her guilty pleasures include Châteauneuf-du-Pape wine and halloumi cheese.
"I'm obsessed," she gushed. "I grill it for salads with truffle oil and dandelion greens—the more exotic the greens, the better. I don't care if people think halloumi's squeaky; they're wrong."
