He did post another disturbing message on Instagram, saying, "april fools prank: replace all the sugar in your house with cocaine." In addition, he deleted all his Instagram posts besides this one.

He also deleted a lot of his Twitter photos, leaving just one of his sock collection from Monday. Fans have been reaching out to Kardashian, offering their support.

Possibly unrelated, but publicized in magazines and on his show, Kardashian has been struggling with his weight and his health.

On Kardashian's 27th birthday on March 17, his big sister Khloe posted an Instagram collage of pictures when Rob was skinnier, with the caption "This year I want to give you the ability to see yourself through my eyes! I want you to own how incredible you are and shine the way you are meant to shine. I love you!!!"
