Rolling Stones Rift? Keith Richards Slams Mick Jagger in New Book
Richards tells all in new biography to be released on Oct. 26.
Oct. 18, 2010— -- They met when Keith Richards was just 4 years old and they've been Rolling Stones together for 48 years.
Mick Jagger and Keith Richards are one of the most enduring double acts in music history.
But Keith now says he doesn't actually like Mick.
"It was the beginning of the eighties when Mick started to become unbearable," Richards writes in his sweary, drug-riddled biography, which is serialized in The Times of London before its Oct. 26 release.
Keith calls Mick, famed for his on-stage strut, "Your Majesty" and says he hasn't set foot in Jagger's dressing room in 20 years.
Richards also claims that the man who sang, "Let's Spend the Night Together" has a size issue in the manhood department.
Richards reveals that Jagger had a brief affair with his partner, the Italian-born fashion model Anita Pallenberg.
Sounds like it might just be a cheap shot, belated revenge for the betrayal.
Jagger's ex, the Texan runway goddess Jerry Hall, sprung to his defense on BBC radio.
"Mick is very well endowed and I should know because I was with him 23 years," she told the BBC DJ Graham Norton. "Keith is just jealous you know."
