— -- Rosie O'Donnell and her estranged daughter Chelsea are back together again.

The comedienne posted a pic posing alongside Chelsea on Instagram Thursday.

"Chelsea and me - what a difference a year makes #hopelives," she wrote beside the photo.

Last August, Chelsea, then 17, left home and went missing for a week. She was later found by police at the New Jersey Shore, where she was living with a 25-year-old man.

At the time, the former "View" co-host appealed to fans for help in finding her daughter, posting on her website, "She was last seen Tuesday, August 11 ... She left home with her 6 month old therapy dog named Bear ... Chelsea stopped taking her medicine and is in need of medical attention."

O'Donnell's rep added at the time that Chelsea, "like millions of people, lives with mental illness. It has been a difficult road for Chelsea and her family and they just want her back safe."

Days after she returned home, Chelsea, who is adopted, decided to live with her birth mother instead of with O'Donnell.

O'Donnell's publicist told ABC News at the time: "Chelsea made a decision when she turned 18 that she wanted to go to her birth mother. This was her choice."
