April 23 -- Noel Swears Liam to the Wagon

Oasis songwriter Noel Gallagher has drawn up a set of rules that his carousing brother, Liam, must follow for the group to go through with the Brotherly Love Tour, set to kick off May 11 in Las Vegas. According to British tabloid The Sun, Noel's list forbids his brother from drink, drugs, late nights, women, and bad language. A source told the paper, "Noel doesn't want to go through the same nonsense he had to put up with last year. He's really looking forward to this tour playing live is his thing and he's determined to enjoy it. If Liam misbehaves and breaks the rules, then Noel will walk; it really is as simple as that. Liam has seen the error of his ways, though, and grown up a lot. He is prepared to stick to the rules." So if Liam has a drink, Noel walks out? Fans better make sure tickets are refundable.
