Drew's Wild About Harry

Sept. 1 -- The steamy allure of three sexy ladies fighting crime just doesn’t seem to be the place for an innocent young boy with a head full o’ knowledge. But color us conservative — Harry Potter makes a surprise appearance in the upcoming Charlie’s Angels movie.

Apparently Drew Barrymore is a big fan of the smash series about the boy wizard and his pursuit of a life less ordinary. USA Today reports that the actress is so into Harry Potter that she disguised herself as him for a scene in the detective babe-fest.

Charlie’s Angels director McG (yep, just McG) explains, “Drew dressed up as Harry Potter to go undercover.”The red-haired actress, who, along with fellow Angels Lucy Liu and Cameron Diaz, kicks some serious Muggle ass, can be seen in the movie’s opening as a bespectacled creature in a wizard-like robe.

That’s not all Drew did to toot the horn of author J.K. Rowling’s successful novels. She reportedly often brought Harry Potter books to the set and read aloud from them to keep cast and crew entertained.

Uh, Drew honey, d’ya ever think maybe that’s why so many people walked off the film?
