Usher Confirms His Secret Wedding In Cuba on 'Ellen'
The 37-year-old singer tied the knot with girlfriend Grace Miguel in September.
— -- Several months after Usher started sporting a gold band around his finger, the singer has confirmed that he is in fact a married man.
Usher, 37, talked about the secret wedding to his girlfriend Grace Miguel during an appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" that aired Friday.
"Congratulations to you...he got married!" Ellen said.
"Thank you," Usher replied. "In Cuba – it was really great."
Usher, who had remained silent about the secret wedding until now, commented on the marriage rumors that began swirling around him and his new wife after Miguel posted a photo from their trip to Cuba. In the photo, the "Don't Look Down" singer can be seen wearing a gold ring on his fourth finger.
"You know what's funny? We put this picture up and we were actually just in Cuba on a cultural exchange and people were like, 'Hey, they got married,'" Usher said. "But you know, the ring is on the other finger, you guys."
The singer also revealed that after he and Miguel tied the knot in Cuba, they had their honeymoon on the Caribbean island.
"We had a great time," said Usher. "[Grace is a ] wonderful woman."
