Brodie gave "Good Morning America Weekend Edition" a first-hand glimpse of what America's rich and famous would like to see under their trees this holiday season.
The first stop was De Grisogono Jewelry House to check out a 25-carat, $7.3 million green diamond.
"This is so rare," Brodie said. "This is a vivid green diamond, near flawless, cushion cut."
If you're really into "giving green" and more environmentally conscious, the 550 endangered elm trees lining Central Park in New York can be yours for a cool $2 million.
"This gift entitles the recipient to have a plaque in the front of the park or at both ends of Fifth Avenue," Brodie told ABC News. "It's something that your children and their children and their children will enjoy forever."
Children also are making their fantasy wish lists this year, and companies are catching on.
"Luxury brands like Prada, Gucci, like Louis Vuitton -- they're making specific styles aimed at the 'tween generation," she said. "So today when a girl turns 13 … her wish list is jewels from Tiffany, Harry Winston, bags from Prada, Gucci, watches from Chopard. The sky's the limit."
For adults and kids who are die-hard Willy Wonka fans, one item on the list may be like finding their very own golden ticket.
"$4 million will buy you a lifetime supply of Michele Cluizel chocolate," Brodie said.
As part of the lifetime supply, lucky chocoholics receive a shipment of $200-worth of chocolate every week for the rest of their lives, a private tour of the Cluizel chocolate factory in France and a chocolate room designed specifically for their home.
