April 29, 2009 -- We asked you to tell us all about your neighborhood and let us know why it was special. And you answered. After receiving hundreds of e-mails from across the country, "Good Morning America" choose three cities to visit on our At Your House tour.

We have behind-the-scenes photos

The Browns of Mount Pleasant, Mich., were the first to be featured in the series. Keisha Brown and her husband, Damon, both serve as athletic coaches at predominately white schools.

They are pictured here with some of the town's residents and students. The community has stuck with the Browns as they've dealt with financial difficulties and a cancer diagnosis.

The Browns' 3-year-old daughter, Angel, is the center of their world and a popular resident of the community.

The students of Sacred Heart show their love for the Brown family.

Keisha Brown is the athletic director and school counselor at Sacred Heart Academy, a small Catholic elementary school in downtown Mount Pleasant, as well as the varsity boys' basketball coach.

After some travel woes, "GMA" anchor Chris Cuomo headed for Ashland, Va., to meet the second family featured in the series.

"GMA" anchors Sam Champion and Chris Cuomo prepare to knock on the door of the Paul family in Ashland, Va.

"We're here!" Sam Champion and Chris Cuomo meet Annette Paul, who describes her town as similar to the fictional Mayberry, the setting for the "Andy Griffith Show" and "Mayberry R.F.D."
