The most popular dish on St. Patrick's Day, corned beef and cabbage, isn't always a family favorite. From burgers to pizza, here are a few recipes that will appeal to the pickiest eaters in your house. These recipes are also a fantastic way to use up next-day leftovers.

This pizza is a far cry from the traditional pepperoni or four cheese. Pizza fans won't complain about this recipe, featuring a homemade pizza crust garnished with monterey jack cheese, potatoes and cabbage.

Melissa Clark, author of "Cook this Now!" shared her favorite St. Patrick's Day recipe with us. Clark wrote that these stuffed potatoes even got the approval of her daughter: "The dish was a success; even Dahlia ate it after she laboriously picked out the dill bits and tossed them from her tray in a green-black shower."
