Nov. 3, 2010 — -- Are you the creator of everyone's favorite holiday dish?

Maybe it's your famous cookies, or the stuffing people can't get enough of, or is it your secret recipe for the perfect Christmas breakfast casserole? Whatever your family's holiday favorite is, Good Morning America wants to know about it! Send us your original and complete recipe (with measurements and instructions), an essay of 200 words or less telling us why it's your family's favorite and how the recipe came to be, your name, address, phone numbers, and an email address. You may also include a photograph. 5 lucky winners will get a trip to New York City to cook their holiday favorite recipe on Good Morning America alongside celebrity chefs!

Challenge Entry Period: "Good Morning America's 12 Days of Cooking: Your Holiday Favorites" entry period begins at 7:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on 11/03/10 and ends 11:59 p.m. ET on 11/18/10 (the "Challenge Period"). Sponsor computer is the official clock for this Contest.

How to Enter:

You may enter the Challenge by navigating the internet and visiting www.abcnews.com/gma. To enter, you must submit a full recipe (including precise measurements and method) and an essay of 200 words or less telling us why your favorite holiday dish deserves to be cooked on the Show with a celebrity chef. What makes it so delicious, and why is it a family favorite? Be sure to include your name, address, daytime phone number and an email address where we can contact you. Your contact information and recipe do not count towards the 200 word limit in the essay. Entrants may include a photo, however, photo submission is optional and entries will not be judged based on the photo. Entrants must have full rights to use any photo submitted; photos may not be the protected works of another party; entries submitted with inappropriate or offensive photos will be immediately disqualified.

Deadline for entries:

All entries must be received by 11:59 pm Thursday, November 18, 2010.

Eligibility Guidelines:

Your favorite dish must be an original recipe. Challenge open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older. All winners must be available for travel on or about the week of December 6, 2010, to appear on the Good Morning America broadcast to cook their dish with a celebrity chef on the air. Celebrity chef to be chosen at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Challenge sponsored by Good Morning America ("Show") and American Broadcasting Companies, Inc. ("Sponsor"). Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for American Broadcasting Companies, Inc. ("ABC"), any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the contest or supplying the prize, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
