1. Sponsor: American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., 77 W 66th St., New York, NY 10023 (“Sponsor”).

2. Administrator: LeadDog Marketing Group, Inc., 440 9th Ave, 17th Floor, New York, NY 10001 (“Administrator”).

3. Eligibility: Contest is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence, whichever is older) and who have an active e-mail account and Internet access prior to the beginning of the Promotion Period. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. Territories, and where prohibited or restricted by law. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees) who have, within six (6) months prior to the start date of the Promotion, performed services for Sponsor, Administrator, The Walt Disney Company, Pixar Animated Studios, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering the Contest or supplying the prize, persons involved in the creation, development or production (including cast and crew) of Good Morning America (“Producer”) and the “Inside Out” motion picture (“Picture”), and/or each of their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and the immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, grandchildren, step-grandchildren, or spouses, regardless of where they live. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) consecutive months a year, whether related or not. Potential winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility upon request prior to prize award. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

4. Contest Entry: Contest begins on or about 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 6/12/15 and ends 5:00 p.m. ET on 6/22/15 (the “Contest Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for this Contest.

To enter, navigate the Internet and visit http://www.GoodMorningAmerica.com (“Contest Website”) and click on the icon that will take you (“Entrant”) to the “Good Morning America Presents: Disney-Pixar’s ‘Inside Out’ Hometown Screening Contest” homepage. You will be asked to provide your name, mailing address (with zip code), e-mail address, date of birth and phone number with area code. To submit your Contest entry, upload a photo of yourself (the “Photo”) and type your essay (the “Essay”) answering the question “Why would a hometown screening bring you joy?” (each, an “Entry”). Essay must be completely typed in the text box portion of the entry form. Photo and Essay must be submitted online as part of the entry form (e-mail attachments will not be accepted). Essay must be no more than 100 words. A completed entry form, essay and photo are required in order to be considered an eligible Entry. Click the "Submit Entry" button on the Contest entry page. ESSAY MUST BE SOLELY THE ENTRANT’S ORIGINAL WORK.

In addition to the foregoing requirements, Entry may not contain, and Sponsor and Administrator, in their sole discretion, may disqualify and/or remove any Entry that: infringes upon the intellectual property, privacy, publicity or any other right of a third party; or contains any content that is inappropriate, indecent or unfit for publication. Essay must be the Entrant’s own original work and may not have been submitted to any other competition or contest or have been published elsewhere.

By submitting an Entry, each Entrant represents and warrants that he/she has all rights in and to the Entry and that submitting the Entry and granting the rights granted herein will not infringe upon the rights of any person or entity; Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of these permissions in a form acceptable to Sponsor’s from any Entrant at any time.

An Entry which violates any of the requirements set forth above may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s or Administrator’s sole discretion. Sponsor makes the final determination as to which Entries are eligible to take part in this Contest.

Without limiting any of the rights granted pursuant to the Contest Website’s Terms of Use, by submitting an Entry, each Entrant grants Sponsor a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to post Entrant’s entry, name, likeness and all other information about the Entrant contained in the Entry on the World Wide Web, and to otherwise use Entrant’s Entry, name, likeness and all other information about the Entrant in the Entry without compensation of any kind in accordance with the requirements of this Contest and in the advertising, promotion, and publicity of the Contest, and otherwise, as stated in these Official Rules (as solely determined by Sponsor).

You may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminder e-mails from the Sponsor. Consenting to receive promotional or reminder e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed upon in order to be eligible to participate in the Contest and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these e-mails, the use of the information provided by you during the registration process shall be subject to the privacy policy of Sponsor and you may opt out of receiving these e-mails at any time. Limit one (1) entry per person or e-mail address during the Contest Period, regardless of the number e-mail addresses or accounts a person may have. Multiple entries in excess of this limitation or mass entry attempts may result in disqualification of all entries by such person or e-mail address. Entries must be manually key-stroked by the entrant; use of automated entry devices or programs, or entries by third parties, are prohibited. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Proof of entering information at the Contest’s Website or registration form is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of such entry.

Released Parties (as defined below in Section 9) are not to be responsible for late, lost, incomplete, garbled, delayed, inaccurate, undelivered or misdirected Entries or e-mails. All Entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. ET on 6/22/15. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By entering this Contest, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator and Sponsor, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Contest.

5. Prize, Approximate Retail Value:

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a private screening of the 2015 Disney-Pixar film “Inside Out” (“Private Screening”) for him/herself and up to one hundred and fifty (150) guests (“Winner’s Guests” or “Guest(s)”) at a movie theatre within 50 miles from the winner’s residence (movie theatre to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Private screening will also include concessions including one (1) small popcorn and one (1) small drink per guest. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,500.00.

Grand Prize restrictions include, but are not limited to:

• Private Screening must occur between Monday, June 29, 2015 and Thursday, July 2, 2015 at a commercial theater near winner's hometown.
• While Sponsor/Administrator will attempt to accommodate winner’s requested date for Private Screening, actual date of Private Screening is at Sponsor’s sole discretion and is subject to availability.
• Winner’s Guests at Private Screening must be of appropriate age to see “Inside Out”, as determined by the Film’s MPAA rating. If a Guest meets this criterion and is a minor, such minor Guest must be accompanied to Private Screening by his/her parent or legal guardian who will also count as a Guest.
• Contest Prize and elements thereof may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfillment period set forth above, or refunded. Contest Prize is not redeemable for cash, either in whole or in part.• Items NOT included as part of the Grand Prize include: alcoholic beverages, insurance, parking, ground transportation between winner’s residence and movie theatre; and all other costs and expenses not otherwise mentioned herein. These items are the sole responsibility of the winner and/or the Guests.

Grand Prize components that are tickets are in all cases subject to the terms/conditions of use printed thereon, including expiration date.

Guest(s) may be required to sign and return a Release and Indemnification, and a Publicity Release where allowed by law prior to issuance of tickets. If any Guest is a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian must complete the paperwork.

Actual final value of Grand Prize may be higher or lower based on the movie theatre chosen. Winner will NOT receive such difference from the approximate retail value of the prize. If winner chooses to have less than one-hundred and fifty (150) guests attend the Private Screening, prize will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of guests with no substitute prize or compensation being provided to the winner. Prize elements may be subject to additional restrictions. Winner is not entitled to exchange or transfer Grand Prize (or portions thereof), or obtain cash or other substitutes, but Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute prize(s) of equal or greater value if the prize listed or any portion thereof is unavailable for any reason. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Administrator will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen tickets or certificates. Prize elements may not be separated. All dates and arrangements are subject to change, availability and Sponsor's approval. Once movie theatre for the Private Screening is booked, dates cannot be changed unless by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Any portion of prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited, and neither Sponsor, nor Administrator nor any of their respective related, parent, affiliated or subsidiary companies, nor their respective officers, directors, agents, employees or assigns shall be responsible for any inability of winner to accept or use any portion of the prize for any reason. Taxes are the sole responsibility of winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the actual final retail value of his/her prize. Contest is available to over 100 million Internet users.

Sponsor and Administrator make no warranties, and hereby disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished in connection with the Contest. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND THE RELEASED PARTIES (DEFINED BELOW IN SECTION 9) HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Judging: All eligible Entries received and recorded during the Contest Period will be judged by a panel of judges as determined by Sponsor based on the three (3) following equally weighted criteria: 1) originality, 2) compelling nature of entry and 3) potential for on-air appeal. In the event of a tie, the Entry from among all such tied entries with the higher/highest score in the “compelling nature of entry” criterion will be considered the winner. Judging will be conducted on or about 6/23/15. Decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects.

7. Winner Notification: Potential winner will be notified on or about 6/25/15 by phone and/or e-mail and will be required to sign and return within forty-eight (48) hours of notification an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Indemnification, and a Publicity Release where allowed by law. If potential winner does not reply to such notification within forty-eight (48) hours, a notification is undeliverable after up to two (2) attempts and/or the Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Indemnification and Publicity Release is not returned to Sponsor within specified time period, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such potential winner will be disqualified and, at Sponsor discretion, an alternate winner will be selected from remaining eligible entries received (as applicable). In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any participant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized holder of the transmitting e-mail account. The “authorized account holder” shall be the natural person to whom the applicable e-mail address has been assigned by the Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be required to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.

8. Internet: If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the Contest and, if terminated or cancelled, Sponsor will conduct the judging and award the prize in a manner deemed fair, equitable and in accordance with the spirit of these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; and to disqualify any individuals who tamper with the entry process, violate these Official Rules, or act in a disruptive or abusive manner. Notice of such action by Sponsor will be posted on the Contest Website.

No responsibility is assumed by Released Parties for (i) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation in or downloading any materials from this Contest; and (ii) human errors, errors in advertising, Official Rules, selection and announcement of winner and distribution of the prize. Released Parties assume no responsibility for any errors of any kind relating to or in connection with the Contest, whether technical, computer, network, printing, typographical, human or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Contest-related materials. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. Participants agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Contest and/or prevent others from using the Contest.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE OR WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE CONTEST VIOLATES CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PARTICIPANT MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

9. Conditions: By entering the Contest, Entrants agree (i) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final and binding in all respects; (ii) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies and prize suppliers, The Walt Disney Company, Pixar Animated Studios, its parent and affiliated companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to death or personal injury, arising out of a participant’s participation in the Contest and/or acceptance or use or misuse of any prize (including any travel or activity related thereto); (iii) to the Sponsor and its designees’ use of his/her name, photograph, likeness, voice, prize information and/or biographical information worldwide in perpetuity for programming, publicity, advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media, now existing or hereafter created or conceived, without further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law; and (iv) to sign all release forms required by the Released Parties. By entering, each Entrant further agrees that the Released Parties have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or law, with respect to any prize, including without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. The Released Parties shall not have any obligation to film, use or air winner’s appearance and any such se shall be in Released Parties’ sole discretion.

10. Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, other than those concerning the administration of the Contest or the determination of winner or for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the participation in a Prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of- pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out- of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York.

11. Prize Supplier: ABC, Inc. d/b/a Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures.
