This is Ellie Krieger's take on a healthier version of a popular lunch option. Kids love to put together each bite. You can put together in any combination!

Ingredients

  • Whole grain, baked, reduced-salt crackers, like Triscuits (regular size)
  • Sliced English cucumber (skin on)
  • Sliced radishes (watermelon radish is very kid-friendly, if available)
  • Thick-sliced deli turkey or lean ham cut into squares about the size of the cracker
  • Reduced fat cheddar cheese, sliced and cut into squares about the size of the crackers
  • Pizza Stackers
  • Whole grain, baked, reduced-salt crackers, like Triscuits (regular size)
  • Mozzarella Cheese sliced to fit the cracker
  • Sliced plum tomato
  • Little basil leaves
  • Cooking Directions

    Stack them.
