Grill And Prepare Fresh Fish Meal in Minutes

Easy Fish and Greens Meal in Minutes


  • 7 oz piece of Atlantic Salmon
  • Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 cup of bean sprouts
  • small bunch of watercress
  • scallions
  • perfect saute
  • blended oil
  • Teriyaki Sauce
  • water 10 oz
  • Soy Sauce 15 oz
  • Sugar 9 oz
  • Sake 13 oz
  • Mirin 13 oz
  • 1/3 cup of corn starch
  • Cooking Directions

    Bring sake and mirin to boil. Add all other ingriedients except for cornstarch, and simmer very slowly, for about 30 minutes.

    -mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup of water, and add to sauce to thicken. Simmer for another 5 minutes

    -Season Salmon with oil and perfect saute

    -Clean grill, and place salmon on medium heated grill..cook on one side, turn diagnaolly, then cook other side.

    -heat pan, and add small amount of blended oil, season with perfect saute

    -add bean sprouts and cook for 1 minute

    -add water cress to same pan, and cook until wilted

    -Place vegetables on bottom of plate, grilled salmon on top, and cover with teriyaki sauce and scallions
