Charles Gibson's Enchilada Casserole
A Doritos dish that's a Gibson family favorite!
If you like the spicy, cheesy taste of Doritos, you might want to try this simple dish that is a favorite in Charles Gibson's home. The Gibsons received this recipe from Mary Corkran, a friend of the family, 20 years ago.
Gibson first shared this sensational recipe with "Good Morning America" during the 2002 Family Cook-Off series and it has now become a viewer favorite.
