Wolfgang Puck shared a few of his favorite side dishes on "Good Morning America." Try his recipe for Roasted Tomatoes with Garlic, Pesto and Goat Cheese.
Ingredients

Puree all pesto ingredients in a blender and set aside.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Cut tomatoes in half lengthwise and place on a sheet pan with the cut side facing up. Place a slice of garlic on each tomato half.Drizzle lightly with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and a little sugar.Roast in oven for about 8 minutes, or until tender.
Remove tomatoes from oven, take off the clove of garlic and crumble goat cheese over them, then return to oven for another 2 minutes, or until cheese has browned slightly.
Remove tomatoes from tray, place on serving platter and drizzle with pesto. Yield:
