An estimated 40 million pounds of avocados will be eaten during Super Bowl-related festivities. The California Avocado Commission says that most of it will be eaten in the form of guacamole — transported from the hand to the mouth by a chip.
Ingredients
Cooking Directions
Cut the avocados in half and remove the seed.
Scoop out the pulp and place in a bowl. Drizzle the pulp with lemon or lime juice and mash.
Combine with the remaining ingredients, mix well and serve.
