Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen sliced strawberries, defrosted (10 ounce)
  • 4 tablespoons honey, or to taste
  • 1 bag frozen blueberries (8 ounce)
  • 1 liter seltzer or sparkling water
  • Cooking Directions

    In a food processor, puree the sliced strawberries, with their juice, and honey until smooth. To assemble the drink: Pour a generous spoonful of the fruit puree into a champagne flute. Add a few frozen blueberries and top with seltzer. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
