Stephanie O'Dea makes slow cooking easy with recipes that are healthy, gluten free, but still delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground meat
  • 1 can tomato paste, 6 ounces
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 packet sloppy joe mix (1.4 ounce)
  • Cooking Directions

    Use a 4-quart slow cooker. Put meat in stoneware, add spice packet, tomato paste, and water. Stir well. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours, or on high for 3 to 5 hours.
