Over the next month, five brave volunteers will be locked away inside a house in Boston where they will learn to put their health and fitness first.
During their quest for personal health and fitness, the five participants will stick to nutritious recipes and you can too. Check out the four recipes below, which are featured in Good Morning America's "Lock the Door, Lose the Weight" series.
