ENTRY: The "Good Morning America Story of My Life Search" (the "Promotion") begins 12:01 am ET on or about November 19, 2004 and ends 11:59 pm ET on or about December 17, 2004. American Broadcasting Companies, Inc.'s computer is the official clock for this Promotion. To enter: 1) navigate the Internet and visit www.GMA.ABCNEWS.com. Once on the "Good Morning America" home page, click on the "Good Morning America Story of My Life Search" icon. On the text box portion of the entry form, input an original essay of 600 words (or less) explaining why your life deserves to be turned into a book. Then, deliver your electronic entry by clicking the send button on the e-mail form, or 2) send us via U.S. Postal Service an essay of 600 words or less, double spaced, explaining why your life deserves to be turned into a book. Your entry should include your valid email address and should be mailed to Ansonia Station P.O. Box 230477, New York, New York 10023-0008.
Each entry must be accompanied by at least one photo of the entrant/essay author. Mailed entries must be accompanied by a photograph 8"x10" or smaller; electronically submitted entries must be accompanied by a digital photo attached to the electronic entry. Photo submissions may not be the work of a professional photographer, or the copyrighted or otherwise protected work of a third party. Limit one entry per person/e-mail address for the Promotion. Multiple entries will result in the disqualification of all of your entries.
