They can shape the way little girls and boys think about themselves and their role. What she's doing is very important. I'm proud of her for it. Getting at a very serious issue. Women only earn 77% of what men earn. And a lot are shocked by that. Every woman in the world -- what we find, moms find there's more of a disparity for mothers when they go back to work. Really? They have trouble finding those plum jobs or people know their time won't be -- they can't give 150% because they have families and don't get the raise and row motion they once would have. What about the girls out there she's speaking of. They can be more empowered. She's telling us 20 change perceptions. Not just about getting married and having a man. What can parents do? You have to talk to your girls and make sure they have expectations of career and success, be able to take care of themselves. Not just talk to the girls, also talk to the boys. Talk to the boy. Trust me, when beyonce speaks even the boys listen. Even the boys are paying attention. My 5-year-old pays attention to her. Thanks very much.
