Now to the wildfires in california. This is a high danger season. One place raging this morning has forced hundreds from their homes. Clayton sandell has the latest. Reporter: This morning, the powerhouse fire is spreading. This is a very volatile situation. You can tell by the wind. Reporter: Choppers, planes, and 2,000 firefighters are battling hard. At least six homes in the small community of lake hughes burned to the ground. As the fire roared through this valley, some were lucky. Others were not.
