Something new today. Ask emeril. They're going to give you questions. You're going to answer them. And we're going to focus on leftovers. Perfect. Tell us how to make them even better. Let's start it out here. What have we got? That's a pretty high-class leftover. Filet mignon. There's a lot of things that we can do with filet mignon off the grill. Ooh. We could reheat it. And just eat it as is. We can make a beef hash for breakfast, with maybe poached eggs. Here's what I did right here. I made a French onion spread, by almost caramelizing onions. Okay? And then, put it in a blender. And sort of made this onion sauce. Oh. Sliced the beef. And then, the onion sauce, a little crispy shallots. That's what I would do. Look at that. I'll take a bite. All right. Napkin right there. All right. So, that's filet mignon. A lot of things you can do with that, for sure. What have you got next? What I made. Roasted asparagus and garlic penne. You can take the ingredients and add to it. I added provolone cheese. I added some prosciutto. I added some fresh herbs. And olive oil and balsamic vinegar. And it's a pasta solid. That's all cold? Cold in temperature. It will keep for another day. Great as a side. That's good. Real good. All right. Here we go. Keep them coming. This is good. Southern Mac and cheese, with Italian bread crumbs and cornbread muffins. That's a southern thing. I happen to be an expert at this Mac and cheese, since my daughter has it three times a week. Only three times? Yeah. Italian sausage. You can take it out of the casing. Either hot or sweet. Saute it. And rework in your Mac and cheese. And adding jalapeno to the corn muffins. Yummy. Time for one more here. Okay. Make this one over. Scattered, smothered and covered in a waffle. Immediately, what's become an American trend. Chicken and waffles, right? Take the waffle. Forget the hash browns. You can eat them on the side. Fried chicken. Here's the thing right here. What you want to do -- Salty/sweet. I've taken maple syrup and infused it with black pepper. I have to try this. Exactly. So good. Chicken and waffles. It's a big trend. Nice touch, George. That's fantastic. The true wizard of leftovers. You can get these recipes on goodmorningamerica.com on Yahoo! Oh, yeah. Be right back. Better,
