square. Chris powell getting ready to show everybody some moves. Best-selling author of "chris powell's choose more lose more for life" jumping up a storm with friends. Welcome to you all. Chris, why is jump roping so darned good for your body? Well, you know, it's a total body movement. Jumping rope is back. It's fun and, it's nny, it seems to have gone awhay for a couple decades. I remember doing a lot as a little girl with friends and play those games, but it's also a way to burn calories without knowing how much you're burning while you're doing it. Can you teach us a couple of simple moves? Absolutely. When you're first starting out do what we call -- a little double jump where it's just one and two and three and four and -- that's it. That's it. Oh, my mike. My mike. Yeah, if you want to step it up, we can do that. Oh, yeah. Awesome! You're a pro. All right, but tell people at home simply if they buy one of these things -- a workout -- a couple quick tips. Once you got the original rhythm down, right, you got the original rhythm, skip over to one foot -- oh, come on now. Or if you want to get hard core like my friends here, then you go double. Look at this. And what is that working? Everything because it's a big jumping move. Calves, gluts hamstrings. And core. Right here it's all shoulder. Total body workout. Someone wants to do it at home, a good number, how much time do they need to do to get a good start. Just try jumping reap for five minutes. Can we do it at home? Can we do it?
