Now, to the bride and groom on many levels a perfect match. Really, they are. Kyle fralic needed a kidney to save his life. But never expected to find love along the way. Reena ninan is here with this incredible story. Hey, reena. Reporter: Hi, guys. It is an incredible story. It was at age 12, that a screening suggested that kyle froelich might have a kidney failure. By 18, he was in search of a kidney transplant to keep him alive. Senior year of high school holds so much promise for most. But for kyle froelich, it seemed like a death sentence. With my blood type and age, i was looking at three to five years to receive a kidney. Reporter: In 2009, he met a girl at a car show. Chelsea had heard about the situation from a family friend. I just knew. And I told him I wanted to give him a kidney. Reporter: While he wanted to believe she would follow through, he didn't hold on to that hope. I was appreciative that she said that. But I just -- I assumed it wasn't going to happen. Reporter: Little did he know, chelsea understood the importance of life-saving donations better than most. My dad passed away from cancer. And he needed a bone marrow transplant. I wanted to help him. Reporter: They were a perfect match. She agreed to give the stranger her kidney. In spite of her family's concern. As it got more serious, they got real worried. Which I understand. But they were okay with it after they realized I wasn't going to change my mind. Reporter: After passing all the mess tests, less than a year after their fateful meeting, chelsea and kyle went under the knife. We've been doing very great since the surgery. I don't feel any different than I did before I gave a kidney. I feel a lot different than i did before I got a kidney. Kyle felt good an hour after surgery. Reporter: The good feeling continued as the two started seeing each other. And two weeks ago, chelsea vowed to spend the rest of her life with the man whose life she saved. I know sometimes we get in an argument, I tell him I'll take my kidney back. And we both laugh. And it's over. Reporter: They have such a good sense of humor. They have an 11-month-old baby and a daughter from a previous marriage. And there's nearly 99,000 people who are waiting for kidney transplants. I love how she can always play the kidney card now. For the rest of her life. Thank you very much. Appreciate it.
