And is expected to be arraigned in court later today. Abc's lindsey davis has the story. Reporter: This morning, jordan graham, the 22-year-old montana newlywed woman accused of pushing her husband off a cliff, is expected to land in court. The fbi says the young bride killed her 25-year-old husband, cody johnson, a little more than a week after she walked down the aisle. But for the three months since his death, graham has remained free. Even after authorities say she admitted to pushing johnson face-first off a cliff at glacier national park. A federal judge ordered her released, and demanding she undergo mental health evaluations. Johnson's friends and family say they're relieved she's finally charged. Justice will be served. At the end of the day, we're still missing a huge part of our lives. Reporter: Graham now faces charges of first-degree murder, second-degree murder and making false statements. Fbi agents say for days before his body was discovered at the bottom of the cliff back in july, she had tried to cover up the crime. In court documents, a federal agent writes, graham falsely represented that codely johnson's car buddies from washington probably came and got him. When in truth, and fact, as jordan linn graham then and there well knew she was with cody johnson when he last went to glacier national park. But eight days before she allegedly pushed him off a cliff, graham and her new husband enjoyed their first dance to a song written just for them.
