Word that south korea raised its alert level to one step below all-out war and this just as we get word that north korea has reportedly completed preparations for a missile launch. Abc's bob woodruff is in seoul right now with the latest. Good morning to you, bob. Reporter: Good morning, josh. What we do now know from surveillance can that north korea has positioned two m midrange missiles called the musudan and one is prepared to launch.
