Reporter: It's the case of an aviator, allegedly acting atrociously. 45-year-old michael pascal is an airlinlot for delta connection, charged with abusive sexual contact on an aircraft. Accused of fondling a 14-year-old girl. The incident allegedly occurred saturday on delta flight 855, from detroit to salt lake city. Pascal, off-duty and flying as a passenger, was sitting next to the alleged victim. The 14-year-old who was traveling as an unaccompanied minor, says she lowered the armrest between them and fell asleep. When she woke up, the armrest was raised and pascal was touching her inappropriately. She elbowed him in the arm and told a flight attendant. When the plane landed, police were there to meet it. Mass cal's attorney says, quote, his client had fallen asleep. And while asleep, wound up leaning on the person next to him. He had no intention of causing harm or any kind of offense to anyone. It comes down to a he said/she said. And a jury will have to decide which one they believe. Reporter: It's the latest case of airline passengers allegedly becoming victims. Earlier this month, 28-year-old adam bartsch, a federal airline marshal, was accused of taking 3ik churs up the dresses of female passengers. Pascal, still in custody, is due in court today.
