Reporter: The 41-year-old mother known by fans for her lavish spending habits presumed to plead guilty to 4 of 48 charges against her. Including ABC news has learned at least one count of fraud potentially serving two years in prison. Joe who up against 41 counts still facing deportation to his home country, Italy. Federal prosecutors allege Joe and Teresa, quote, engaged in mail and wire fraud, bank fraud and bankruptcy fraud from 2001 to 2011. You want she to do anything.
