The glitch meant there was no limit on their EBT electronic benefit transfer cards. For short period of time and some took advantage of the situation loading up shopping carts full of food. One customer shot this video with -- cell phone. Some shoppers left with as many as eight shopping carts full of food -- abandoned. When the jig was up in the glitch was fixed. Workers -- Mansfield say it was chaos and in the end the shelves were totally bare. -- food -- outage affected seventeen states.
