Question: Is pipe smoking safe for the heart compared with cigarette smoking?

Answer: The worst type of exposure to the damaging effects of tobacco is cigarette smoking. But pipe smoking is also damaging to your heart and to your health, and we would like, therefore, for you to avoid any exposure to any type of tobacco smoke.
