— -- At least six tourists were stabbed in a beach resort town along Egypt's Red Sea coast Friday, Egyptian officials said.

According to Egypt's Ministry of Interior, authorities have arrested the suspected attacker and are questioning him. Investigators believe the man swam to a beach in the resort city of Hurghada where he allegedly carried out the attack.
