March 3, 2014— -- Best Actress nominee Amy Adams may not have taken home a statuette from the 86th annual Academy Awards on Sunday night, but by many counts she was a winner on the red carpet.

The star of "American Hustle" posed confidently for paparazzi photos while wearing a strapless, sapphire Gucci gown that was accented by sparkling jewels from the 2014 Tiffany Blue Book Collection, including rhodocrosite, lapis and turquoise earrings and a yellow diamond and spessartite bead ring. Around her wrist, a bracelet with Tiffany yellow diamonds also played off of a Tiffany metro diamond band ring.

Luxury bling helped transform many of the night's attendees and gave the evening an air of royal pomp--even if none of the actresses actually had to pay for them. After all, it's always fun to play dress up. Here are five more looks dripping with jewels:

1 - Mrs. Justin Timerlake, aka actress Jessica Biel, who was a presenter at the Oscars ceremony looked romantic and regal in drop earrings and a bow bracelet with emerald-cut aquamarines and diamonds, both from the 2014 Tiffany Blue Book Collection, according to a company spokesperson. In addition, Biel wore a diamond cluster necklace, a wide diamond bracelet and a five-row diamond bracelet by Tiffany & Co.
