Chipotle Reveals Guacamole Recipe So You Can Make at Home

— -- This is not a drill. For all you guacamole lovers out there, Chipotle has revealed its recipe. Now you can make it at home yourself and eat as much as you want for no extra charge.

Though the recipe is scaled down for home use (two avocados), Chipotle revealed it uses 48 avocados per batch, and that each restaurant makes multiple batches per day.

The recipe itself is incredibly simple, calling for just Hass avocados, lime juice, cilantro, red onion, jalapeno and salt.

“It starts with sourcing the best whole ingredients possible,” Chipotle wrote on its website, calling the recipe, “so easy.”
