— -- A 5-year-old Pennsylvania boy may need to rethink wanting to be a paleontologist when he grows up after recording a scene-stealing live interview on a local television station.

Noah Ritter, of Pottstown, Pennsylvania, was attending opening day of the Wayne County Fair in Honesdale, Pennsylvania, Friday with his grandfather, Jack Borowski, when a reporter stopped to ask him about the ride he’d just been on.

“It was great and apparently I’ve never been on live television but apparently sometimes I don’t watch the news because I’m a kid and apparently every time Grandpa just gives me the remote I have to watch the Powerball,” Noah told the WNEP reporter, after quickly grabbing the microphone from her and holding it to his lips.

Noah used the word “apparently” eight times in the less-than-two-minute interview, while mentioning twice that this was his first time on live TV.

“Well, it was great because apparently you’re spinning around and apparently every time you get dizzy, that’s all you do is get dizzy,” Noah said of the ride. “I’ve never ever been on live television.”

Noah’s grandfather said his only grandchild is staying with him in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, for the summer. He was not surprised that Noah, an only child, took the interview by storm.

“Noah is pretty talkative,” Borowski told ABC News. “He has a large vocabulary.”

The now-viral video of Noah has been viewed thousands of times on YouTube, including by Noah himself.

“We were watching it on the computer and it replayed on the local news,” Borowski said. “He’s going, ‘That’s me. I’m a celebrity.’

“I think he’s enjoying it,” Borowski said.

While Noah appeared to have a knack for being in front of the camera, his grandfather said his true loves are dinosaurs and swimming.

“We go down to the history museum in Philadelphia about once a month because he loves the dinosaurs,” Borowski said. “And we go for swim lessons every Saturday morning because he loves to swim.”
