New York Sports Club Calls Kanye Out

May 27, 2014 -- New York Sports Club’s most recent print ad made a light-hearted jab at Kim and Kanye’s wedding.

The ad targets Kanye, suggesting he keep up a healthy and fit lifestyle throughout his marriage to Kim.

The ad also pokes fun at Kim Kardashian, whose previous marriage to Kris Humphries lasted a mere 72 days.

“We like to take things currently in the news cycle that are present and big,” says Lisa Hufcut of Town Sports International.

Hufcut says this is part of their most recent advertising campaign where TSI takes the news, whether it be political, celebrity-driven, or even incident-driven and ties it to their purpose -to encourage people to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Other notable figures TSI's ads have singled out include Anthony Weiner, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Charlie Sheen, and Lebron.
