As parents we think we have to have a few set rules but the truth is we can't anticipate everything that goes wrong. So be open to change we have a weekly -- meeting where every week we're constantly adapting what we're doing. So tip number one adapt all the time. Tip number two talk a lot. Whether it's money or sex it's not just of the talk anymore it's a series of talks. But especially if you spend time telling the story of your -- positive moments and how you overcame the negative ones.
