Convention Call to Order by Rep. Henry Bonilla (R-Texas), deputy permanent co-chair of the convention.

   

The New York Port Authority delivers the Presentation of Colors.

   

Olympic Gold medalists gymnasts Mary Lou Retton and Kerri Strug deliver the Pledge of Allegiance.

   

Nicole Mullen of Nashville, Tenn., delivers the National Anthem.

   

Bishop Keith Butler of Southfield, Mich., delivers the invocation.

   

NFL Hall of Famer Lynn Swann (former Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver) addresses the convention.

    

Figure skater Dorothy Hamill, an Olympic Gold medalist, addresses the convention.

   

Michael Williams (Texas) addresses the convention.

   

Donnie McClurkin performs.

   

Michael Smith performs.

   

Gov. George Pataki (R-N.Y.) addresses the convention.

   

President George Bush addresses the convention.

Note: President Bush will address the nation in a theater-in-the-round configuration -- surrounded on all sides by audience members and delegates from across the nation.

   

New York Cardinal Edward Egan delivers the Benediction.
