— -- When UAB's football program broke up at the end of the 2014 season, the vast majority of the players still had NCAA eligibility remaining.

There were only 17 seniors on the roster, so many of the other 94 Blazers looked elsewhere for an opportunity to continue their careers. Here is a breakdown of where they landed:

1. S Bobby Baker, Jr.: Transferred to Georgia State. Ranked third on team with 76 tackles, intercepted three passes and tied for seventh nationally with three fumble recoveries.

2. WR Jamari Staples, So.: Transferred to Louisville. Led team with 638 receiving yards and scored three touchdowns on 37 receptions.

3. CB Lamarcus Farmer, Jr.: Transferred to Troy. Led team with three interceptions, six pass breakups and nine passes defended. He also recorded 49 tackles, including four for loss.

4. QB Stevie Farmer, Fr.: Transferred to Laney College. Early enrollee at San Diego this year who participated in spring practice.
