— -- ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- Bills quarterback Tyrod Taylor returned to practice Monday, and coach Rex Ryan is confident that he will be fully healthy when Buffalo hosts the Dolphins this Sunday.

"It's good to see quite a few guys back," he said. "Obviously you guys saw that Tyrod is back. We expect him 100 percent for this game. That's huge."

Taylor has not practiced since Oct. 21 in London, the day before the Bills decided to hold their starting quarterback out of the final two practices of that week as well their loss Oct. 25 to the Jaguars. Taylor has not played since Oct. 11, when he suffered a fourth-quarter knee injury but stayed in the game to complete a 14-13 comeback win over the Titans.

"I'm 100 percent," Taylor said Monday. "I'm feeling confident in going out there and playing on my leg, or on my knee. I didn't have anything that limited me today in practice and it felt good."

Taylor, who dealt with an ankle injury early in the season, said this is the first time this season that he has felt fully healthy.

Taylor was one of several players who returned to practice Monday for the Bills, including running back Karlos Williams (concussion), right tackle Seantrel Henderson (concussion) and guard John Miller (personal). Wide receiver Sammy Watkins (ankle) was in uniform for practice but worked inside the team's field house with a trainer.

"Feel really good about [Watkins]," Ryan said Monday. "So I think he'll probably be limited on Wednesday, but we'll see from there."

Wide receiver Percy Harvin was back in the Bills' facility Monday after not traveling with the team to London before their bye week, although he wasn't on the practice field. A source told ESPN last month that Harvin has grown increasingly frustrated with knee and hip injuries that are expected to sideline him indefinitely.

"He's obviously in the training room a little today, but we'll see how it goes," Ryan said Monday. "I know he wants to play and wants to contribute to this team."

Ryan said in London that Harvin was absent for personal reasons, declining to elaborate on why he wasn't with the team.

"I think if there was frustration [from me], it's like I never knew really how to handle, like, what am I ... I wasn't comfortable discussing different things or whatever," Ryan said Monday. "I think it's better if the player discusses it than myself. But a lot of times there's a lot of frustrations dealing with injuries, dealing with different things."

The Buffalo News reported last month that Harvin was contemplating retirement, but Ryan had no reason Monday to question Harvin's willingness to play.

"Without question," Ryan responded when asked if he's confident in Harvin's commitment to the team. "That's the least of our concern with him. I know he wants to play. He desperately wants to contribute to this team."

Pro Bowl defensive tackle Kyle Williams remained out of practice Monday and has not practiced since injuring his left knee Oct. 18 against the Cincinnati Bengals. He will not play in the Bills' upcoming games against the Dolphins or the New York Jets, Ryan said Monday.
