— -- The agent for free-agent defensive end Greg Hardy has sent detailed information to all NFL teams about Hardy's attempts to address and improve his behavior through therapy, according to a report by Pro Football Talk.

Drew Rosenhaus has informed teams that Hardy has been evaluated and treated by NFL physicians and has undergone individual and group counseling, including for anger management, temper management, domestic violence and ADHD, according to the report.

Hardy, 27, has taken part in 24 psychiatric therapy sessions this year and will continue to be treated and evaluated, according to Pro Football Talk.

A source close to Hardy told ESPN's Ed Werder there's been a positive response from teams to the therapy and counseling. Still, there is some hesitation from teams, with one general manager telling Werder that Hardy is considered "toxic" and another GM saying any deal with Hardy would have be "team-friendly" and "packed with incentives."

Hardy remains unsigned in free agency after finishing his one-year deal with the  Dallas Cowboys. He was suspended by the NFL for 10 games last season for multiple violations of the league's personal conduct policy, but the suspension was later reduced to four games on appeal.

Hardy was convicted on charges of domestic violence in 2014 in a bench trial by a judge, but after appealing, the case was thrown out in February 2015 after the accuser stopped cooperating with authorities.

Before his one season with the Cowboys, Hardy played five seasons with the Carolina Panthers. He has 40 sacks in his career, including six last season.
