Contemplating whether or not they'll ride out the storm on their boats. We're talking to people who live here deciding to ride out the storm in a car, in a concrete parking garage. Not too far from here. We're trying to convince them there are safer options nearby. A lot of these people, this storm shifted west just yesterday.
