Good Morning America” co-anchor Robin Roberts was the first to appear in character for the show’s Halloween episode today, arriving as Cookie Lyon from the hit TV show “Empire.” Playing her embattled ex-husband, Lucious Lyon, was “GMA” co-anchor T.J. “I do not want to create any bad blood here,” Robach said as Swift. “I mean the haters are going to hate. I’m just going to shake, shake, shake.”

Hosting the “GMA” monster mash dubsmash competition were none other than Barbie and Ken themselves, with ABC News’ Sara Haines in costume as Barbie and special guest Nick Lachey in costume as Ken.

After the contestants made their grand entrances outside in Times Square, they made their way into the “GMA” studio for the monster mash dubsmash competition.

An all-star panel of judges was then announced by “Ken” and “Barbie,” who came to host the dubsmash competition still in their toy boxes.

First up at the monster mash judging table was “GMA” weekend co-anchor Dan Harris dressed as the wizardry star of book and film, “Harry Potter.”

Katy Perry was a surprise judge as well, with “GMA” weekend co-anchor Paula Faris showing up in costume as the pop singer. Faris-as-Perry was accompanied by her two sidekicks from last year’s Super Bowl, “Left Shark” and “Right Shark,” played by Rob Marciano and Ron Claiborne.

Two celebrities who know a lot about facing the wrath of a judges’ table – former “Dancing With the Stars” champions Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Rumer Willis – also joined the “GMA” monster mash dubsmash judging panel.

The panel of six judges watched and judged the monster mash dubsmash stars lip-sync and dance but ultimately it was “the Donald” dancing to “Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)” who took home the crown.

“Is this not a speech opportunity?” Spencer-as-Donald said when the votes were announced. “I would just like to say you’re welcome for me being here.”
