Say goodbye to Rachel Berry and hello to the girl behind the "Glee" character: Lea Michele.
The Grammy- and Emmy-nominated actress has released her first solo album, "Louder," in which she steps out from behind the shadow of her famous "Glee" role and sings in her own voice.
"Moving to Los Angeles from working on Broadway I was cast on 'Glee' within just a few weeks, so I really was introduced to the world as Rachel Berry," she told ABC News Wednesday.
"I wanted to take this opportunity in making this record to really let my fans know who I am, and I think the music should be personal."

Step away from the guacamole. There's no need to hoard the green stuff, Chipotle said Wednesday.
Panic set in after Chipotle filed a report this month saying that climate change could adversely affect the availability and price of avocados and other key ingredients, and said the company would have to take guacamole off the menu rather than pay higher prices for ingredients.
But, for now, the chain said it still has plenty of guac to go around.
"The sky is not falling," Chipotle spokesman Chris Arnold told ABCNews.com.
