2. Activists Who Scaled Shell's Arctic-Bound Oil Rig Leave After Defying Legal Threats

Six Greenpeace activists who brazenly scaled a Royal Dutch Shell oil drilling ship bound for the Arctic Monday left the boat Saturday, according to the environmentalist group.

One day after saying that they refused to leave despite a legal injunction against them, worsening weather conditions forced them to return to the Greenpeace ship Esperanza, which has been stationed close by for the last week, Greenpeace said in a statement.

3. Rapper Nelly Arrested On Drug Charges In Tennessee

Rapper Nelly was arrested on felony drug charges Saturday morning, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol.

Nelly, whose real name is Cornell Haynes, was charged with felony possession of drugs, simple possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, authorities said.

Nelly, 40, was arrested after a state trooper allegedly smelled marijuana when he stopped a coach bus that didn't have proper stickers displayed in its windows, police said.

"Nelly was one of several individuals that was on a tour bus that was stopped and searched while traveling through Tennessee," Nelly's attorney Scott Rosenblum said in a statement to ABC News.

Rosenblum said a small quantity of MDMA, a drug best known as ecstasy or Molly, was discovered during the search.

4. Cleveland Zoo Plans to Seek Charges After Boy Falls Into Cheetah Exhibit

The Cleveland Zoo plans to seek charges against the parents of a 2-year-old boy who fell into its cheetah exhibit, saying witnesses indicated that the boy was held over the railing and then dropped.

The boy suffered a leg injury and was taken to Metro Hospital on Saturday, Cleveland Metroparks Zoo officials said. The cheetahs ignored the boy, whose parents climbed into the exhibit to get him out, zoo officials said.

"You could just hear the screams and all you could see was the adult that jumped in got the kid," Michael Lurie, another visitor to the zoo who witnessed the incident, told ABC affiliate WEWS-TV in Cleveland. "Then somebody pulled him out."

Biel gave birth to a son, Silas Randall Timberlake, their reps told People magazine.
